Plantar fasciitis affected my life in all aspects. It hurt after teaching water exercise classes, taking walks and in general being on my feet. I couldn’t enjoy being around my grandkids as much. I said no to trips to the zoo with them. I used to like to shop. It interfered with me taking care of our home. The doctor told me for the second time in 2 years to limit my steps to 1500 per day.
