Your Guide:
Hey, I’m Heather :)
I have run dozens of marathons & ultramarathons and battled my fair share of injuries doing it. I battled plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, knee and hip pain on and off when I started running marathons and almost quit. I couldn’t quit. Running was my sanity. After losing my father to a rare neurological disease when I was 18, running was my therapy. Running has gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life - losing my dad, two big engagement break-ups, growing my business, becoming a mom…
I didn’t want to have to give it up. So, I dug my heels in and dove deeper in my yoga and fitness studies to learn about my own body and get stronger. After a 200 hour, then 500 hour yoga training and personal training certification I kicked all of my injuries to the curb. I have been helping clients do the same since 2009.
After seeing clients go from not being able to walk around the block to being able to walk 1/2 mile, then 1 mile, then 3 miles and on to 10k’s, half-marathons and full marathons - walkers turned runners - I know the power of this process. Paul went from being on crutches to running a 5k in under 30 minutes, Carol couldn’t walk around the house without pain and then did a bucket list hike down into The Grand Canyon, Tina hobbled to the mailbox and is now completing half-marathons, Kristie was a walker turned runner and now run’s 10k’s, Dan couldn’t take a jog with his wife and then completed a multi-day Ragnar race of almost 20 miles with NO PAIN.
I would love to support you on your next endeavor and show you how exploring the 5 layers of the self can lead to a BLISSFUL result!
